Price review
A pound on every job is worth more than a month of canvassing, and takes an afternoon less. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Doors
Canvassing is the cheapest growth there is, but only if a "not now" comes back round. Give it a call-back date and it reappears here on the day.
Customers
Owed
Oldest first. Tap the tick to settle. Two visits behind and they get flagged on the job row, so you know before you knock.
How the round pays
Direct debit is the difference between a round that pays itself and one you chase. Anything not on DD is a conversation waiting to happen.

Where you are
The money-per-hour picture
By type of property
Feeds back into the quote screen: after fifty logged cleans this is a better time estimate than the per-pane guess on the Rates tab.
Priced too low
Jobs earning under your target rate over their last few visits. These are the ones to lift, rather than putting a pound on everybody.
First cleans
Between jobs
Only counts days where the timer was used on consecutive jobs. Driving is the quiet tax on a loose round.
The team
Speed is measured against the round's own average for that type of property, not against each other — otherwise whoever does the big detacheds always looks slow.
Keeping to the schedule
You sell four-weekly. A round that quietly drifts to five-weekly has taken a fifth off its own turnover and nobody has noticed.

How that price is built
Quoting uses the business rates your owner sets, so your number matches theirs. Save it and they can turn it into a customer.

Time estimate
These only drive the hourly estimate. They never change a price.
The business
The target and the threshold drive the progress bars on Stats and the VAT warning on Money. Working hours turn hours logged into a capacity figure.
What that means in practice
Four real shapes of house, priced with the numbers above. If one of these looks wrong on the doorstep, the rates are wrong — not the house.
Hours worked
Clocked hours are what you pay for. Time on the glass is what earns. The gap between them is driving, loading and the tap — real cost that never shows up on a job.
Who's on the round
An owner can change prices, rates and the round itself. A cleaner sees the round, logs their cleans, records cash and knocks doors — but can't edit a price or delete a customer.
Join code
Your employee signs up with their own email and password, then enters this code. Anyone with it can join your round, so send it directly — don't post it anywhere.
Set-up link for your team
Send this to an employee instead of talking them through settings. Opening it connects their phone to your database — then they just create an account and enter the join code above.
Backup
A round is a business asset. Take a copy now and then — it downloads to this device and needs nothing to read it.
Restoring is deliberately manual — pick a JSON backup and it shows you what it would change before anything is written.
Start again
There is one database behind the whole team, so anything you clear here goes for your employees too. None of it can be undone from inside the app — take a backup first and you have a way back.
